Cancellation Policy

I completely understand that life happens! You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to show up, will result in an automatic 30% fee charged to the card on file. I'm addition, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be marked as a no show and will be charged the 30% fee. This policy helps me respect everyone’s time, including yours—thank you for understanding and supporting my small business!
